Accountability (2x weekly hour call)
This is for people who need accountability, but are familiar with working out. The people that are interested in Online Coaching may travel for work or just may enjoy being somewhere other than the gym to get their workout in. This program is set up so that we have 2 scheduled days out the week that we get on a coaching call for an hour to discuss your customized program and we make sure your mindset is structured for you to get all your work done.
When most individuals think about the sport of bodybuilding, images of big, dumb guys grunting and throwing weight around are often conjured up. This could not be further from the truth! Serious bodybuilders are part athlete, part scientist, and part artist. As a specialist in this area, I can provide training, recovery, motivational, and nutritional strategies to help you achieve maximal muscle growth and optimize physical appearance.
